1.1 Confirmation of Reservation
A reservation is considered confirmed once the guest has received a confirmation email and the deposit has been paid.
1.2 Deposit
When booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amount is required. This deposit will be deducted from the total amount of the stay.
1.3 Payment Terms
The remaining amount must be paid in cash upon arrival. Other payment methods can be discussed in advance.
2.1 Cancellation by the Guest
If cancelled up to 14 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be fully refunded. For cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
2.2 Cancellation by the B&B
In the unlikely event that the B&B has to cancel a reservation, the guest will be notified immediately and the full deposit will be refunded.
3.1 Check-in
Check-in is possible between 15:00 and 20:00. Please let us know if you arrive outside these times so we can make suitable arrangements.
3.2 Check-out
Check-out must be before 11:00 am. Late check-out can be arranged based on availability and may incur additional charges.
4.1 Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms and common indoor areas. There are designated smoking areas outside the accommodation.
4.2 Animals
Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed with the B&B.
4.3 Rest Hours
We ask our guests to respect rest between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
5.1 Personal Property
The B&B is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to guests' personal property.
5.2 Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage they cause to the accommodation and its contents during their stay.
6.1 Personal data
The B&B respects the privacy of its guests and processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
6.2 Use of Data
Personal data is used only for reservation purposes and will not be shared with third parties without the guest's consent.
These general conditions are drawn up in accordance with Spanish law and any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Spain.
